Bikes and cupcakes, a perfect mix!  This ride is a step up from the beginner's "Nice 'n Easy" ride, and like the name hints, there is a scenic stopping point in the middle where we stop for tasty pastries.  You should be comfortable on your bike for an hour at a time, bring some water, and enjoy good food and good company.  Bon appetit!
